廖偉棠 Liu Wai-tong，香港詩人、作家，香港文學雙年獎、香港藝術發展獎，現旅居台灣，任教於國立臺北藝術大學。

Liu Wai-tong is a Hong Kong poet and writer, winner of the Hong Kong Biennial Award for Literature and the Hong Kong Arts Development Award. Liu currently lives in Taiwan and teaches at the National Taipei University of the Arts.
